metabolism, body composition, medical history, performance goals and lifestyle needs.
As a Registered Dietitian, I can also help you take the necessary steps to prevent and/or manage chronic diseases (ex: Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) etc.) through means of nutrition and/or fitness.
